Shipping Errors and Damages
If your order arrives damaged or if there was an error in packaging, please reach out to us immediately. Contact us with your order number, tracking number, and a brief description of the issue at info@luxsunny.com.
For items in stock, we will dispatch a replacement promptly, covering all shipping costs.
You will receive a credit for the original item, including shipping and handling, once the damaged or incorrect item is returned.
Returns
If you need to return an item, please take note of the following steps:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@luxsunny.com to request a return address and provide your reason for the return.
- Obtain a Refund/Exchange Authorization from us for your return.
- Return the item to our warehouse in Hong Kong within 10 days of obtaining authorization.
- Email us the tracking number and carrier information when you ship the item back. (We recommend using a service that provides tracking as we are not liable for lost packages.)
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition with all packaging intact and no signs of wear.
Exchanges
If you choose to exchange an item:
We will send you the new merchandise. However, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the second shipment as well as a restocking fee.
Refunds
For refunds: You will receive a refund for the full amount minus the original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
Note: A 5% financial payment transaction fee is applied to any refunded non-delivery item.
Refunds are generally processed via Western Union.
